| The Objectives |
Each page has an objective and the site as a whole has an objective. It is essential that the design of the pieces and the entire web product reflect the intent of the planning. We take the time to learn about you and your objectives. We individually create each page to reflect that planning. There is no substitute for planning, knowledge and diligent effort in creating the finished product. We take the time to learn, we communicate with you and we make the site. We make the experience an easy one and we make it effective. We are easy to talk with and we are reasonable in price. All the factors together make the objectives both known and attainable.

| The Methods |
There is no one correct way to build every site. Just as a carpenter can't use only a hammer to build a house, we have tools in our trade that are better for one job than other tools. We know where, when and how to use the tools. Once we have the objective, we do the tool selection and create the project. Some sites need pictures while others don't. Some need elegance and must exude personality; others just need functionality. Some tools create excessive overhead on web browsers that view and translate them into an experience. Each site demands a methodology that is correct and appropriate. We can use them all and in fact do use them all. Sometimes, if we feel that the best approach is a combination, we will build our own. We make things happen in whatever method is best.
